Q. How do I purchase online from Waterchild?

A. Waterchild uses PayPal for online ordering because it is quick and simple - involving only a few small steps:

1. Click on the "Add to Cart" button that is listed under your selected product – this selection will automatically prompt a PayPal window.

2. Decide whether you have finished shopping – if not, simply click on the “Continue Shopping” button to be returned to Waterchild.com.au until you have finished. When you are ready to order, simply click on “Proceed to Checkout”.

3. At checkout you will need to indicate your payment preference.  Payments can be made using any one of the following methods:

• PayPal account (if you have one or want to sign up for one),
• Direct debit from a bank account,
• Credit card – Visa or MasterCard

Simply follow the PayPal prompts are you are done!

Q. I do not have a credit card, and do not wish to use PayPal, can I purchase your products?

A. Yes. Waterchild accepts payment for goods by direct deposit into our banking account - please Contact Us for further information.

Q. How much will the postage cost me?

A. Waterchild is based in Melbourne, Australia and ships domestically via Australia Post.  Charges for postage vary with the size of each product, please refer to the shipping information as listed in the "Helo & Info" tab on the Menu above for the shipping costs per product.  International postage rates vary according to the distance of the destination, please Contact Us for further information.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. Waterchild ships every Tuesday and Friday.  For deliveries within Australia we use Australia Post - please allow 2 to 4 working days from the next Tuesday or Friday (whichever is the soonest) from when you place your order.  For international orders, shipping times will depend upon the destination, please Contact Us for further information.
