AUSTRALIAN DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping is complementary on all orders over $100.00 for delivery within Australia. 

Orders under $100 bound for an Australian address will incur a flat shipping fee of $10.50 per order.

Express shipping is available for deliveries within Australia but will incur an express fee of $10 per order - this is on top of the original shipping charge.

If your order value is greater than $100, in which case the shipping charge is NIL because shipping is complimentary, but you request the express service, then a $10 fee will be applied on checkout.

INTERNATIONAL (all deliveries outside Australia)

International shipping rates will vary depending on region. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided at the time of order. 

Please note that we are unable to provide refunds or replacements as a result of an incorrect shipping address provided to us. 

We take great care in packing and dispatching orders carefully and promptly and ask you to allow 3 days from order placement to dispatch – although most orders will be on their way to you by the next business day.

CUSTOM AND DUTY CHARGES

Order delivery to an address outside of Australia may incur customs fee/charges and or import taxes. Please note that any such fees/charges or taxes are the responsibility of the ordering customer.

Similarly, it is the responsibility of the ordering customer to meet any customs and/or import regulations.

Waterchild does not take any responsibility for delivery delays associated with customs/import/quarantine processes.


Returns

At Waterchild we take great pride in ensuring the quality of each and every product that we proudly put our name to … but of course, we don’t actually deliver the products to your door!

Whilst every care is taken when packing orders, in the unlikely event that items received are damaged, or if things are just not as expected, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a replacement or exchange. 

If a delivery is damaged, please include pictures (if possible) as this will help us to assess the issue, and agree on how to get a replacement product out to you as soon as is possible.

If you have received your order in tact but it is just not what you expected – please contact us.  Whilst we don’t offer refunds for change of mind purchases, we do want our customers to be able to enjoy their new treasures and be happy that they purchased! So please reach out and lets chat about an exchange or similar … all we ask in such circumstance is that our customer returns the goods and pays for the return shipping costs.
